Dirk Scholand is founding partner of the tricontes Group.
Dirk has more than 15 years of senior management experience in the industrial customer engagement industry. He managed the European service organization of AOL Time Warner and gained extensive experience in the development and realisation of trend-setting customer interaction strategies at national and international level.
In 2007, he founded with Scholand & Beiling one of the most successful customer service consulting companies in Germany – honoured as one of the top 11 consulting firms in the field of CRM in 2014/2015.
In the tricontes group, Dirk is responsible for business development, development and implementation of holistic transformation processes in complex service organizations and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
